Make a right click on the 1st and manualy update the driver using the *.inf file from the directory C:\n52 and the same for the 2nd USB-HID lineĩ. For most games like DoD and L4D there is only like 6 keys and the mappings are already correct on the N52. Right now I use a (hilariously old) Belkin Nostromo N52 Speedpad for most of my gaming which OS X treats as a weird keyboard.

However, I updated another laptop to Windows 10 and I decided to try to install the n52te on it to answer the question. The mapping software for the N52 hasnt run on an up-to-date mac in like 8 years. Because all other USB devices all unplugged, the two lines under Human Interface Device USB-HID are for the N52.
